How do I retrieve my Avon account? ›

Your Avon Account Number is your key to accessing your account. If you've misplaced it, don't panic! You will have received a Welcome Email from Avon confirming it when you joined. You can also contact your Sales Leader, who will be able to find it for you.

Login to your account with your Avon account ID & Password. Go to My Account. Scroll down to Credit Information.

Just make sure that you do not have any outstanding payments due to Avon. Call the Avon Representative customer service line at 1-888-710-2866 & tell them you'd like to stop being a rep. You will have to pay any outstanding balance on your account.

Password Help

If you've forgotten your password after you've signed into Avon.com for the first time, go to Avon.com and enter your email address (all lowercase) on the sign-in page, then select the “Forgot Your Password” link.

If you have been inactive for a while (missed three campaigns) you may have to reactivate your account. This simply means that you log into your account and place an order. If you can't remember you Password you can reset it by clicking the "Forgotten your Password" link and following the instructions.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Occasionally, you might encounter login issues, such as the message: “Sorry, we can't recognize your details – please try again.” This is often a sign that you may need to reset your password. Follow the prompts for a password change to regain access to your account.

You can pay using your MasterCard or Visa Debit or Credit Card on the Avon website www.avon.co.za by clicking on “My Account” and then “Make payment”, after you have logged in to your account.

No Representative may have multiple Avon accounts.
